1. In general I think is very, very well structured, with clear objectives and actions to achieve these objectives are very clear.
2. The only thing I miss is to specify numerically how many emails were sent or how pondríais the RSS service.

The work in question is comprehensive: it is all very well structured, the goals are clear and actions as well.
1. In geenral my comments are more like "quisquillosillo" said the source (IALS, study year: slide 12), which wave of EGM, the source of the data in slide 14.
2. I find that missing implement the objectives of WOM ... ie word of mouth to get it (xxx visits, xx downloads, xx video viewings ..) It makes us know the margend and success of the campaign of what you call "The implication."
Moreover is a very complete work, congratulations girls!
